We collect information directly from you through our client intake forms, face-to-face meetings, and electronic communications. We may also collect information from third parties, such as real estate agents, financial institutions, mortgage brokers, or government registries (e.g., Land Use Victoria, ASIC).

We collect and process your personal information strictly for the following purposes:
- To verify your identity (VOI) as required by ARNECC and Land Use Victoria before executing property transfers.
- To complete regulatory anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) checks.
- To conduct and finalize your property transaction through electronic lodgement networks (such as PEXA) and state tax platforms (such as SRO Duties Online).
- To communicate with you and provide ongoing professional conveyancing services.
5. Disclosure of Your Personal Information
We will only disclose your personal information to third parties necessary to complete your property transaction or fulfill legal mandates, including:
- Government bodies and registries (Land Use Victoria, State Revenue Office, AUSTRAC, Australian Taxation Office).
- Electronic Lodgement Networks (PEXA).
- The other party’s legal representatives or conveyancers in the transaction.
- Financial institutions and mortgage brokers.
- Authorized third-party verification and compliance service providers (e.g., AML/CTF and VOI electronic verification platforms integrated with our conveyancing software).
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We take the security of your sensitive data extremely seriously.
- Your information is securely stored within our professional cloud-based conveyancing management platform (which utilizes enterprise-grade encryption and secure Australian-hosted data servers).
- Physical documents, if any, are kept in secure, restricted-access storage.
- We implement strict internal access controls so that only authorized personnel directly handling your matter can access your files.
